Grape Festival Museum

Just a few kilometers from hu Firenze Certosa camping in town lies a small treasure of history and local pride: Impruneta, home to the Grape Festival Museum. A space created by the community to tell the story of one of the area's most deeply rooted traditions — the Grape Festival, which has brought color and creativity to Piazza Buondelmonti every year since 1926.

Here, grapes are more than just fruit — they’re a symbol of shared identity. Through costumes, allegorical floats, and historical archives, the museum offers a journey through work, imagination, and celebration. It’s a story of belonging and open-air life, where past and present meet in the spirit of community.
